Jeff Staple has teamed up with Manila’s SNEAKPEEK to bring another dose of pigeon pigmentation to the Swoosh. The infamous grey and orange colourway has been carefully applied to Nike’s Air Max Zero model for a sleek new take on the avian theme. The upper is built with grey mesh and tonal fused layers, while a bit of orange adds some pop around the collar. The light grey midsole matches back to the Swoosh, and another hint of orange peeks through the Air unit under the heel. The big lettered embroidery on the back of each shoe reading ‘NYC’, a reference to the gritty urban paradise, while Staple’s pigeon logo has been subtly embossed on the outside of the forefoot.
The Staple x Nike Air Max Zero ‘Pigeon’ will be releasing exclusively through SNEAKPEEK. 75 pairs, complete with a special wooden box, will be available by raffle. Just go pick up any piece of Staple gear from SNEEKPEAK
